[Points of exhibition] A major shrine, ranking beside Ise Shrine, that worships the Kusanagi Sword, one of the three Sacred Treasures. Nearly 8 milion people visit the shrine for worship every year. It is noted for the Nohgakuden, Nobunaga Wall, 25-cho-bashi Bridge, and Homotsu-kan (Treasure Museum) that houses many national treasures and important cultural assets such as Nihonshoki, etc.
